Moving!
If I may direct your attention here...
Posted on Tuesday, June 1, 2004 at 05:42 p.m. Tonight's song: Predictable by Korn
My net is being wanky. As I'm writing, I just reconnected and it's not loading anything, so I might have to post this entry at a later date! But anyway... I'm sick. Last night I had to work from 8 - 11pm (I'm a night-filler at my local town's Woolworths) and the whole three hours I was sweating and feeling dizzy and trying not to throw up. It was gross. And I'm sure my co-workers wouldn't have appreciated me making a mess on the nicely stacked shelves! XD And now I have swollen glands (I dunno what kind of glands they are, but you know where you feel on your neck for your pulse? That's where they are).
I had Uni today, and handed in a written Japanese assignment. That was fun. But my only friend at Uni has voluntarily moved down a class in Japanese, so without him there it's not as fun. T_T *sighs* And because I've been skipping quite a few classes over the last few weeks ( ) I'm scared to attend any classes because I feel so guilty, and I'm afraid my tutors will mark me down or say something to me. It's a neverending cycle of DOOM!! I also have a Literary Studies essay and a 10 minute (22 page) film script to write in a couple of weeks, which I haven't started... I'm terrified, and I know it's stupid, but I keep trying to ignore these things in the vain hope that they'll go away or get easier. x_X But enough about Uni. I wanna ignore it some more.
I've been playing FINAL FANTASY 10! Thanks to Kardith, who lent me the game, and to my sister whose Playstation I've been hogging. ^^; I'm in the Calm Lands, or something, and it's great fun. I'm distracting myself by finding secrets and going on quests for Chocobos and fiends and stuff. My favourite character is definitely Auron, followed by Lulu, I think. The two best weapons anybody could ever have are gigantic swords and cute plushies. XD But Auron is my clear favourite. Kakkoii~! ^o^/ ^^; I think that if anybody is going to be paired up in FFX, it should be Auron and Tidus (because try as I might, I just can't make myself like Yuna T_T It was the same with Aeris in FFVII). Remember when the party [spoiler, highlight to read] is locked up for killing Seymour, and Auron and Tidus are put in the same cell? I was having SUCH hentai thoughts during that cutscene. XD XD I went searching last night for some Japanese fanart (because, let's face it, they do some gorgeous stuff) and I found some gems. ^^; And fortunately they were all FULLY CLOTHED gems! o.O;; To navigate these sites, just look for the word "Illust" or "Illustration". Most of them have some English on there, enough for you to poke around if you don't know any Japanese. ;)
- Walking On Water - There're some really nice cel-shaded things here. :D
- Mortal Zephyr - Kinda good art here. ^^
- Awa Yume - Some really good art in here. Some shounen ai, some not. :D
- Makusitasp - Really weird name, but really nice art. ;D
Mwahahaha, I've been distracted by that last site (I haven't looked at everything yet), so I'll leave it here! Night all! *runs away hugging Auron'n'Tidus plushies*

Right up here, it's just up here!
NOOT, wait! NOOT!
Queenie is brocken. Due to massive demand (3 people), she is updating her blog. However, she is not quite coherent enough to do so without the aid of strong cognisant drugs. That, or /cm/ (Queenie has been discovering the joys and terrors of 4chan, and vows never to venture out of /c/ and /cm/). Queenie has been working recently, and the money to be paid Wednesday is sorely needed NOW for her to get to Uni tomorrow. Queenie has a Japanese exam tomorrow, which is terrible, and she hasn't studied for it yet. Therefore, Queenie is going to bed now to read 'The Star Scroll' by Melanie Rawn. Said author is Win, and better than studying for an exam with vocabulary Queenie is totally unfamiliar with. T_T Queenie wishes plushies, candy, bishies, and other good things to be heaped upon Kardith, who is feeling brocken also.
NOOOT!!
Posted on Sunday, May 9, 2004 at 12:03 p.m. Tonight's song: Blur The Technicolour by White Zombie
Whee, I thought I'd update my blog tonight because I've got nothing else to do online, and going offline means I'll have time to start uni assignments... Which I definitely DON'T want to do!
Easter was okay, a lot more low-key than is usual in our household. Since a few years ago mom and dad have given up on proper Easters... And by proper, I mean getting up early in the morning to have boiled eggs for breakfast, then pawing through our brightly-coloured plastic Easter Baskets for various candies like Gummi Bears, jellybeans, snakes, Jaffas, or the odd chocolate egg. We used to get one small egg, and one larger egg each. When we were a lot younger, and didn't live on a property where eggs would be sabotaged by the local wildlife (ie possums), we'd spend all Saturday night painting pictures and fanciful patterns on boiled eggs with food colouring. Then our parents would go and hide them all over the front yard for us to find in the morning. But now, our parents decided they're not going to do any of it anymore (Well, we're 19, 25 and 26 respectively, but still... It's a tradition!). I think it's pretty slack! But, still, it wasn't too bad. On Saturday my brother came over with his fiance from the town he lives in now, as did my sister and her husband. We had dinner together, and talked and stuff. So, twas not a complete loss. But when I have kiddies, I'm not going to get lazy when I get older! Tooth fairy, here I come! XD
Speaking of stuff from mah childhood... I've been downloading a lot of songs I listened to when I was about 9 - 14. My brother and sister really influenced my tastes in music :D Some of the bands you should really dig up and listen to again are White Zombie, Nine Inch Nails, Soundgarden, Faith No More, Pearl Jam and (dare I say it? XD) TISM. XD They were responsible for gems like "Greg The Stop Sign", and therefore I must love them.
Hm, perhaps I've been having a serious relapse, I just realised another thing I've done this week that relates to my childhood. I rented "My Little Pony: The Movie" on VHS XD Some craphead went and stole the other video the store had (the bastards!) and deprived me of more My Little Ponies goodness. Bah! You should be ashamed of yourselves, whoever you are! *waggles finger* Twas probably some five-year old who loved the Ponies so much she HAD TO HAVE THEM!! F***ing kids. :p
Tomorrow I have an orthodontist appointment, huzzah. After that I'm gonna go into Belconnen (A suburb in Canberra) and buy some black slacks for my new job at my local Woolies. >_< God I hate clothes shopping... And I hate clothes shopping alone even more! I've never done it before >_< I'm going to feel like a complete git. Although going to Dee's afterwards and hopefully picking up some manga will heal my wounds. I'm looking for Suki Dakara Suki vol 2 or, failing that, Fruits Basket vol 1 :D So, that's about all that's going on in my world of on-holidays-from-uni-ness. My friend Roland has gone to Korea for a couple of weeks, booyah to him! And to everyone on the Madboards who voted against Vegeta and for Vicious on that goddamn anime character tournament:

Posted on Tuesday, April 13, 2004 at 09:27 p.m. Today's song: Baldur's Gate 2 BGM
Various people have been nagging me to update my blog, but it wasn't until this morning that I actually felt like doing it XD So I've requisitioned Dad's crappy old computer (my sister is playing Baldur's Gate 2 on mine), and I'm downloading crap on Kazaa Lite to make sure my dialup internet connection doesn't go to waste while I type. Huzzah, it's downloading "Psychoactive Summer" by Def FX at an amazing 0.2kbps XD
This morning Mom, Dad, my sister and I went into our small town to go to a couple of garage sales and a "country market". The garage sales were mostly uninteresting, full of crappy romance novels and bibles and cassette tapes nobody wanted. I did pick up a stylishly battered leather bag for $6 from some old German guy at the market who would come up to you and oh-so-subtly suggest things for you to buy. And there was this American granny who said she had some "clothes for thin people" and brought out this massive knitted sweater that looked like a size 20, hehe. I thought of spending $20 on a display case for my anime figures, but I decided to save my money for Anime.au, the Canberra anime convention next weekend. I wanted the case because all my figures are currently standing on my desk in my room, but that leaves me with nowhere to sit and do assignments, and every night Gary jumps up there and knocks them all over XD She seems to delight in toppling my Vegeta figures most of all, the little savage.
Speaking of Anime.au, I'm really excited about the first Canberra anime con :D I don't have too much money, but what I do have I'm planning on spending on manga and hopefully an artbook! I'd like to get a CLAMP artbook, and perhaps some Gravitation manga. I randomly bought Gravitation vol 4 a while ago, thinking it looked lonely all by itself on the shelf at Dee's. I read half of it last night before going to bed, and I have to say the manga is a lot dirtier than the anime was XD I don't like the liberties they took with the script, though... I mean, Taki from ASK makes fun of Bad Luck by calling them 'Bad Schmuck' and 'Sad Fuck'. That's just lame :p But the art is prettier than I remembered, and I'd like to get the rest of them despite Tokyopop's Americanised script. :D At least it isn't flipped!
............ *gives up on "Psychoactive Summer" and starts getting "God Rod" at 4.27kbps instead*
Two days ago was my sister's birthday. She came over yesterday with her husband so we could have a birthday thing and give her pressies. I made a white chocolate and raspberry swirl cake, but instead of 'swirl' it was more like 'blobs' XD It tasted okay though. I gave her Baldur's Gate: Dark Alliance for the PS2 because she doesn't have a PC and loves BG XD *grabs "Fell On Black Days" by Soundgarden* My sister says this was her 'theme song' when she was younger. I just like it because it's so familiar, and Soundgarden = teh cool.
Here's a random thing I heard that I'd like to write into a story one day. My sister and her husband were in Canada last year, travelling to all the rodeos and working at horse studs, and they were driving along one night when they found a cat on the road. They stopped and picked it up, and it was dead, the poor thing. Its eyes were hanging out of its head by strings, and it freaked my sister out. They took it to a nearby house and put it down on the front lawn, and knocked on the door and said, "Look, I'm sorry, but I think your cat was hit by a car". The woman who answered the door turned around and hollered, "CARL! THE CAT'S DEAD!" I was thinking, maybe I'd start some kind of story where a woman was travelling somewhere, she'd be researching something, and she'd pick up a half-dead cat, take it to the house, and they'd go to shoot it like insensitive hicks, so she'd take it and have it living in her van from then on. XD I'm not sure what she'd do after that. But since I couldn't be stuffed grabbing a pen and paper to jot that down so I can remember it, I've typed it up here instead!
I have some links that I think should be shared with everyone. :D So here we go...
- Jo's Playground - This is the site of an absolutely wonderful artist. She's done pages for doujinshi, Newtype, and some underground publications. Her CG is amazing, as are her paintings and sketches and anything else. Great bishies. Great poses. Lovely stuff.
- Random Insult Generator - Just what it says. Perfect for randomly insulting people over MSN. XD
- Kazaa Lite - This is a modified version of Kazaa that comes without the dirty spyware and ads. It's great. ~_^ I always hesitated to use Kazaa before because it stuffed up my system, but using this version nothing sneaks its way onto my precious computer.
- Azhrarn's DeviantART - This is one of my favourite DeviantArtists. His works are so cool :D I could write a story about each one, easily. Although I suspect that would infringe on Copyright... >_>;;
I have so many assignments to do for Uni. T_T I have a Japanese exam on Monday, a Japanese oral exam on Thursday, a Literary Studies paper due on Thursday, a Literary Studies tutorial presentation due Tuesday week, and a Scriptwriting paper due on Thursday week, and I haven't started any of them! NooOOOooOOoo... *spontaneously combusts*
Posted on Saturday, March 27, 2004 at 11:16 a.m.Today's song: I Alone by Live
Whoever says that Vodka doesn't give you hangovers should be stabbed in the head repeatedly with a spoon! At least, that's what my head has felt like this ever since I woke up at 9:30 this morning. >_<; It's not really a headache feeling, but it's as if someone were taking said gore-covered spoon and stirring my brains with it. Beating them with a fork into scrambled brains. I dunno, I'm talking crap. XD But yeah, me'n'a friend were drinking vodka'n'orange last night, and somehow I went from sitting on the floor against the bed talking, to laying on the floor laughing and saying that I had to stay horizontal and that "moving would be Bad." XD My friend got worried and put me to bed, lol. At the beginning, I'd been teaching him how to play chess, but we were interrupted by phone calls from my very drunken friend who was elsewhere (much to my disgust! :P He should've been with us). I ended up knocking the chess pieces over because we'd lost track of whose turn it was, hehehe.
So, all day I've been flopping around the house like a scummy housewife, watching Rikki Lake and whatnot, trying to keep my crazy head still before my brains bore a hole out between my eyes and fly away.
....
That would look really weird. XD It's only about an hour ago I felt stable enough to get up and browse the Madboards for a bit.
..... ack, computer's crashing! Edit this in a bit.
Posted on Tuesday, February 10, 2004 at 04:52 p.m. Tonight's song: Devil's Dance by Metallica
I just knew that as soon as I made myself a blog, I'd neglect it. XD That's just my nature, I suppose. Mm, well, because I'm a lazy git and it's 10:30, I'm gonna use dot-points to say what I've been doing recently. :D
- A few days after my last entry, my computer chucked a spaz and DIED. I formatted my hard drive in the hopes of improving its performance, backed up my files to a friend's computer, found upon copying it all back again that I had two viruses corrupt every single .exe and .scr file on my computer, and subsequently had to format again. It didn't improve my PC's stability, which meant that my CPU had really gone and overheated, like all AMD Athlons are prone to doing. :(
- My birthday was on the 22nd January, and I got a new CPU after my other one fried itself. >_< My new one is 2.8ghz, and since it wouldn't fit on my other motherboard, I got a new state-of-the-art motherboard as well! Plus a GeForce FX 5200, which is teh cool. ^__^
- Right now, the weird and lonely guys in #madman are discussing going to see jelly wrestling on the morrow. o_O;
- I'm listening to a song by U2, and they sound like David Bowie. SCARY.
- I visited a friend who's recently moved to Canberra, along with another friend who moved to Canberra last year, and had fun attempting to get drunk, playing Soul Calibur 2 while laughing helplessly at Voldo, watching Initial D matches, and roaming around looking at things we couldn't afford.
- I bought King of Bandit Jing volume 1 along with the collector's box, which is joyous. I watched it today, and was reminded of how cool Jing is, with his yellow coat, retractable sword and Cloud-like hair. :D The music's really cool too.
- I also bought Tool's album "Opiate", because it's apparently 'old-school", so I had to have it. XD
- I've been bumming at home a lot, giving Gary a lot of cuddles, playing a lot of Baldur's Gate 2: Shadows of Amn (I'm a female Half-Elven Sorceror named Lorien), reading through Katherine Kerr's 'Deverry' series again, and going out with friends.
- I saw Underworld in the movies, and despite what everyone else has said, I thought it was a great movie, quite reminiscent of The Crow, which is one of my favourite movies of all time. ;D The costume designs were cool, and I wish I could wear things like that around without being stared at. ^^;
- My house is full of mosquitos.
That is all.
Now begone! :P :D
Posted on Tuesday, February 3, 2004 at 10:18 p.m.Today's song: Never Ending, Never Give Up by Kageyama Hironobu
God dammit! This is the third time I've tried to blog in the last 10 minutes, and each time I get around a paragraph written, my piece of crap computer randomly closes the window without warning! And it won't stay stable long enough for me to work through the hour and a half ending of Final Fantasy VII, so I keep getting up to somewhere around the end of North Cave where Sephy appears, and it CRASHES! AARGH, it's so FRUSTRATING! Screw blogging today! XP *whacks her computer with an interdimensional hammer and storms off*
Posted on Friday, January 9, 2004 at 05:52 p.m. Today's song: Mmm Mmm Mmm Mmm by the Crash Test Dummies
.... Strange, I've been sitting here for ages just looking at the white space wondering where to begin! It's been a sad few days, but I'm feeling strangely happy right now... *is distracted for a minute and comes back* Our dog Bonnie is a dirty girl! ^o^ She's covered in dust/dirt, the sweetie, and I have NFI where it came from. It won't come off either XD She's a Border Collie/Kelpie, 8 years old, and the nicest little thing you could ever meet. Well, medium-sized thing. And she's not exactly nice to people who try to touch her paws or attack me. Bwaha! But she's like a love-machine, all she ever wants is lovelovelovelovelove! Her nicknames are Poopy Puppy and Sass. ^^
And then there's Gary, my sister's retard of a kitten-cat who was rescued from a dumpster along with the rest of the litter about a year ago. We hand raised them with kitten milk from a dropper, and the only one we couldn't find a home for was Gary! She (yes, contrary to the name she's a female :p) was the runt of the litter, and couldn't walk properly for the first couple of months. She was always falling over and walking with her legs crossed, like she was parodying a model or something. SO CUTE! She's a tortoise-shell, I think, although I've never seen one like her. Think tortoise-shell, but gray/white/peach coloured. Byoodiful. ^^ She looks best in purple, so we got her a purple collar with a purple bell. Not like she could manage to catch anything but blowflies, but that matters not! Oh wait, here's a picture I prepared earlier - Gary going crazy on a cushion. And here's one where she's squashed between two cushsions, and you can actually see her face! She's such an idiot, and I love her XD We also call her Retard and The Grey Goblin (I'm sure you can see why from the photos, mweeheehee!
My sister has another cat, Claudia, who's a bit of a bitch when she wants to be, but she's basically a good girl. She's your basic 9-year old tabby, with a weird bald patch on her leg (It's always been there o_O). She's always slapping poor Gary across the face for daring to be an idiot near her, hehehe.
But that brings me to Claudia's tortoise-shell daughter, Tia... Poor little Tia. :( She died just two days ago, which was quite upsetting. She was so nice, the nicest cat I'd ever met. She would always jump up on my lap for a cuddle whenever I was at the computer, and then she'd proceed to lick me all over my arms and hands like a dog. All the while she'd be making these weird grunting noises that were her way of purring. She would sound like a pig. ^_^ :( She was more dog than cat, because of the licking thing, and because she loved having her belly rubbed. She would roll over on the ground in front of you for that express purpose, and stay there until you petted her. And she'd come after you on cold mornings when you were standing in front of the heater, climb up on the TV, and lean over precariously to grasp at your arms with her paws so she could lick you to death. I honestly think she thought we were her kittens. :(
But as I said, she's gone... About a week and a half ago, she suddenly got sick. She was listless and wouldnt't come out from behind the couch, gasping for breath, and wouldn't eat or drink. We took her to the vet in our small town in rural NSW, but they didn't know what was wrong with her. They put her on an IV drip with some antibiotics mixed in and kept her there for a week, whereupon they sent her home, saying she was doing okay. When we got her, she was obviously not "doing okay"... Poor Meer (that's her nickname, from the sound of her meow) was gasping for breath even worse than before, and all she could do was lay there. We took her straight to the vets in Canberra, and they did their best with her, but it was too late. She died while they were trying to drain fluid from her lungs. :( The poor baby. They said it was liver failure, and that if they'd gotten to her a few days earlier, they could have probably saved her. The vets in our small town had her for a week, but didn't do anything to help her except pump her full of fluids and unneeded antibiotics. It makes me wonder just how easy it is to get a job as a vet in a rural area if you can't save the life of one cat, eh? *sighs and scrubs at her temples* It upsets me, because it was so sudden, but I should have known better. Almost all of the animals I've taken to the local vets (rabbits, mice, COWS) have died from a result of the things I took them there to be treated for... *cries* And now Tia. We've all been kind of upset at the loss of Meer, my sister and I especially. But from now on, I'm definitely going to take Gary or Bonnie to the Canberra vets, if I can help it. If it's an emergency though, like if one of them has been bitten by a snake, I don't want to have to drive an hour to get into the ACT, so I can't completely blow off the local vets, much to my dismay.
To the memory of Tia. We'll miss you, Meer.
Posted on Tuesday, January 6, 2004 at 04:50 p.m. Tonight's song: Ai Wa BALLAD No You Ni - Ryo Horikawa (aka Vegeta's Theme)
Over the last few days since I last blogged, I have developed an Extreme Case Of Boredom. I think that might have something to do with how my parents are off work for Christmas and are now around to bug me if I spend too much time doing one thing (ie on the Internet, playing Final Fantasy VII, reading). ^^ I'm such a bum! So, not being able to do whatever, I've had to find ways to entertain myself, and that's not as easy as it sounds when your parents are always commenting that you're on the computer too much! XD I mean, most of my anime, music and manga are on here, not to mention various games and the Net. So, when you take that away, you get Bored Queenie! (I love random capitalisation, don't you? It gives whatever you're talking about extra authority. XD)
Now, I could have done something productive today, like look for a job... <_< >_> Well, let's not think about that, shall we? I did revise the first 10 chapters of my Kanji textbook, which was quite an effort... But then again, it's been over a month since I opened a textbook. XD Other than that, all I did today was watch about three hours of DBZ (Saiyan Saga), and unsuccessfully struggle to network two of our computers via a LAN cable. XD Bwaha! But I did have fun perving on Vegeta from the early DBZ episodes, where he was really short and looked like a teenager XD I noticed today that the boots he wore then were all loose and baggy, unlike the ones you see in the later episodes that are quite snug and smooth. His armour looked too big on him, too... Because of that, I have a theory that Vegeta must have been malnutritioned/starved as a child when he was under Frieza's control. That has to be another piece of evidence that Frieza molested him... Poor lil guy! ^^ *huggles chibi Vegeta to death*
The song I put in the title up there is Vegeta's image song, known most commonly as Vegeta's Theme, but its real name is Ai Wa BALLAD No You Ni, which translates to Love Is Like A Ballad. It's really lovely and sad, with violins in the background, and is sung by Vegeta's seiyuu, Ryo Horikawa. He's singing about Bulma, but since he doesn't actually name the person he's addressing... ^^ It could be anyone! (Namely Goku >D Mwahahahaaa...) God I'm lame. :P But anyway, get the song if you can, any Vegeta fans out there, and read the lyrics here! *waves and runs away clutching her 8 Vegeta figures*
Posted on Monday, December 22, 2003 at 10:33 p.m. Today's song: Boom Boom Japan - Initial D
I've gone into a real Eurobeat kick recently, and I don't think it's very healthy to be listening to so much music that sounds like it's from the 80's. XD I grabbed a whole swag of Eurobeat MP3s from here thanks to my Dad's high speed internet at his work. Some are really crap - and I'm talking cringe-worthy here - but others have nice bass beats, and they're generally fun to listen to while sweltering in the hottest room of the house (the computer room, of course).
I've been re-reading the Yami No Matsuei manga recently, and wai! Every page is so pretty. ^_^ I wish I owned them for real. I'm now up to vol 5 chapter 1, which I haven't read before... Tsuzuki and Watari are my absolute favourite characters, although I like Muraki and Tatsumi too. XD What a weird combination of favourite characters, huh? Muraki really creeps me out, but there's something about a sadistic bishi wearing a white trenchcoat with a bionic eye that makes you go "Oohh, cool..." Although I admit he's quite scary. >_< I never realised how much they left out of the anime series that was drawn into the manga. *laughs* But I think I like Watari the best. I want to know more about his character, and think he should go a-Shinigami-ing with Tsuzuki again, like he did in the first volume! ^^ His owl is cute too. *dances about and leaves this entry here*
P.S. Mah sympathies go to Anton, who's out picking fruit on a hot day like today! ;D
Posted on Thursday, December 18, 2003 at 03:59 p.m. Today's song: Silence Is Golden - Garbage
Plsh, silence is golden indeed! My Mom's been bugging me all afternoon because she's at home with a cold. Ye gods, she never shuts up! XD Last night, my sister and brother-in-law were watching Survivor (embarrassingly enough, so was I), and she hardly shut her mouth during the whole show. It must be a 'loud-mouthed Texan' thing, I suppose.
This morning I took my car in for a wheel alignment and new tyres, never suspecting I was going to have to wait by the side of the road for two and a half hours with nothing to read, nobody to talk to and nowhere to go. So I wasted some money SMSing Anton (aka Kardith) and amused myself by watching people drive past. I swear, 40 people must have looked at me like I was a prostitute or something. >__<; Bwaha. I also saw the local Police driving around town enough times to be able to calculate their rounds and go rob a bank, if I wanted. They didn't even look left or right as they drove, just stared straight ahead. It was a good thing someone didn't decide I was a prostitute and try to abduct me, because the police wouldn't have done anything about it!
So yeah, I got all that stuff done - finally - and got home to be nagged about taking out the washing/feeding the kitty/doing the dishes/writing my resume/not going on the Internet so much! *sighs* Hm, it seems this blog is turning into my personal bitch-space. XD Perhaps that's what blogs are for? I have no idea. I suppose I'll post this, my first real entry, before my computer decides that having its case taken off isn't enough to cool it down, and it overheats on me. *waves to anybody who might read this*
Posted on Tuesday, December 9, 2003 at 05:17 p.m. Teh opening!
Whee, I now have a blog. I'm not quite sure what I'll be using it for other than to spew random non-private things about my life onto the Internet, but... *shrugs* It looks like fun. XD I spent the last little while fiddling with colours and putting links and things over there on the left --> and came out with this rather simplistic layout. ^^; I'm so bad at designing things, but it's so fun! *runs off to have dinnah and spread the word about her content-less blog*
